Every volatile note records verified_at and review_after. Passing the review date does not make the note false; it changes its status from a claim to a review candidate.
Promotion and Deletion
- Promote a repeated lesson into Foundations or AI Systems after it survives multiple product cycles.
- Replace a snapshot instead of appending an endless release chronology.
- Keep only changes that affect a decision, workflow, capability, cost, or risk.
- Remove expired trivia. Git history is the archive; the public note should remain useful.
